Refund & Cancellation Policy

Revetti & Company delivers professional services and fixed-price diagnostic products. Because our work begins immediately upon engagement, and because every engagement is custom-scoped to a specific client and problem, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services — not physical goods.
We are direct about this before any engagement begins. If the scope, timeline, or terms are not right for you, the right moment to surface that is before the engagement letter is signed and the deposit is paid — not after work has begun.

| Workspace Audit (R1) — $1,497 | Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun. Once the audit has been initiated (intake questions sent or first analysis started), no refund is available. The deliverable is a 10-business-day document — if we miss that timeline for reasons within our control, we will discuss remediation. |
| Custom-scoped engagements (all others) | Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits represent the reservation of Principal time and the commencement of scoping and preparation work. Work completed and delivered at any milestone is non-refundable. If you cancel before a milestone is reached, fees for work already completed are owed; fees for work not yet started may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. |
| Advisory Day Rate (R6) | Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the session. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. |
| Monthly Retainer (R6) | Either party may cancel a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. The current month’s retainer fee is non-refundable. No partial-month refunds. |

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or Stripe. Most concerns can be resolved through a direct conversation. If you believe a deliverable was not provided as described, email info@revetti.com and we will address it within 5 business days.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact, or for work that was delivered as scoped, will be contested.
If Revetti & Company fails to deliver a fixed-price product within the stated timeline for reasons solely within our control, we will either deliver the product promptly or offer a full refund at the client’s election. This applies to the R1 Workspace Audit and other fixed-scope products where a delivery timeline is explicitly stated at purchase.
Email info@revetti.com with your name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
