What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Revetti & Company LLC (“Revetti & Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit revetti.com or contact us about an engagement. This policy applies to revetti.com only. LuminaryScript and Hazenberry operate their own sites with their own policies.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Contact information (name, email address, company) submitted through contact forms or booking tools
• Communications you send us by email or through the site
• Payment information processed through Stripe when you purchase a diagnostic or engagement — we do not store card data directly; Stripe handles all payment processing

We also collect information automatically when you visit the site:

• Usage data via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, time on site, general location, device type)
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL)

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
• To scope and deliver engagements you’ve contracted with us
• To process payments for fixed-price services
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To send you information you’ve requested — we do not send unsolicited marketing email

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not share your information with advertisers
• We do not use your information to train AI models
• We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site:

• Google Analytics 4 — site usage analytics. Data is anonymized. Google’s privacy policy applies.
• Stripe — payment processing for fixed-price services. Stripe’s privacy policy and security practices apply to all payment data.
• Calendly or equivalent — appointment scheduling on the Connect page. Scheduling tool’s privacy policy applies.

Data retention

We retain contact information and engagement records for as long as necessary to deliver contracted services and maintain reasonable business records — typically no longer than seven years after an engagement closes. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email info@revetti.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Cookies

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to track usage. These are analytics cookies only — no advertising or tracking cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
